Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Orders cannot be modified once they are processed. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 16 hour of placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
