Return and Exchange Policy

We offer return or exchange if you are not satisfied with our products, you can do so within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Requirements:

• All items must be unwashed, and returned in their original, barcoded bags.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start your return, simply click on "Contact", enter your contact email details and order number, and give a brief description about returning the product.

Note: After receiving approval from our quality check team, the refund will be issued within one week's time.
